- 14 days after reservation a 10% deposit is required – less £1000.
- 45 days after reservation a 20% deposit is required.
- Should you decide to borrow the 30% deposit (less £1000) you can apply to the Developer to make the monthly loan payments to you until completion – subject to status; terms & conditions apply. Any loan payments made to the Developer will be added to the contract price upon completion.
